Sample Forms
The forms in Scrap Dragon will automatically include your company information and logo based on the information entered during setup. Beyond this, any form in Scrap Dragon can be customized for your specific needs. Each of the automatically triggered forms can be turned on or off, can be directed to a specific printer and printed in multiple copies. These are some examples of the forms that are typical of what most customers choose.
Yard Ticket or Inspection Ticket
The Yard Ticket prints when a ticket is placed on hold while the material is unloaded.


Scale Purchase Ticket
The Scale Purchase Ticket prints when a ticket is completed at the scale. This ticket is usually signed by the customer and retained by the scrap yard as proof of purchase.


Cashier Payment Receipt
The Cashier Payment Reciept prints when a ticket is paid by the cashier or at the scale. This receipt is usually given to the customer.


Weight Only Ticket
The Weight Only Ticket is only used for producing a certified weight that is not for the purchase of scrap.


Remittance Advice
The Remittance Advice is printed when multiple tickets are paid and is intended to accompany a mailed check.


Inventory Tag
The Inventory Tag is printed when a unit pack of inventory is processed. This form is designed to be printed using a thermal transfer label printer and can print either portrait or landscape.


Packing List
The Packing List can be printed after the material is loaded for shipment, when a shipment is weighed out or when used as a picking list, it can be printed prior to loading .
Delivery Ticket
The Delivery Ticket is printed when a shipment is weighed out.


Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is printed when a shipment is weighed out. Scrap Dragon allows different styles of Bills of Lading to be used for different shipments.


Invoice
The Invoice is printed when shipments are invoiced. One or more shipments can be included on a single invoice. The Invoice form can be printed either portrait or landscape.
